Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account at any time. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Your profile, team history, and fantasy points will be permanently deleted.
You will lose access to any active contests, winnings, and associated records.
Your wallet balance (if any) must be withdrawn before account deletion.
Data related to financial transactions may be retained for legal and compliance reasons as per Indian government guidelines.

Retention of Information

As per applicable laws and IT Rules 2021, certain data such as transaction history, tax records, and KYC documents may be retained for a minimum period (e.g., 180 days or as required under the law) even after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

You can initiate the account deletion process in two ways:

In-App:
Go to: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Email Request:

Email us at primesurfing.mega11@gmail.com with the subject line: "Delete My Account"
Use your registered email ID and include your username

Verification
For security purposes, we may request additional verification before processing your deletion request.
